Registration and Payment

When booking an event, class, and/or workshop, please include your full name, email address, AND phone number in case your email address is spelled incorrectly and/or the message is diverted to your spam folder.  Without a secondary means of reaching you, prospective clients may lose a seat in their preferred session.

Once you complete this form, you will receive an invoice from "Intuit - Integrity 1st Learning Support Solutions" by email.  Payment of that invoice by credit card, check, or cash serves as registration confirmation for the event. (Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive the invoice within 24 hours of registering.)
